What has my attention right now:
Making AI-built software safe to ship. My consulting work this year has been production-readiness and AI-governance leadership: defining what "ready" means for platforms headed to production in regulated industries, putting CI gates and code standards in place that hold even when most of the code is written by agents, and making the risk calls about what a team should own — and what it shouldn't.
This site. I rebuilt it from scratch in July 2026, governed by a written constitution that binds every contributor — including the AI agents that help maintain it.
A personal fleet of AI agents. Meeting synthesis, research, email triage, and parts of this site's upkeep run through agents I operate and govern the same way I govern client delivery: written standards, gates, and human judgment where judgment belongs.
A sensemaking practice. With a collaborator, I'm exploring a practice for helping teams see the real problem before they execute the wrong one with high confidence. Early days; more when it's real.
